Steen Skybolt Project with Upgrades from the Spinner Back…After purchasing this Skybolt from the original builder, who had completed building the aircraft in 1985 and performed few updates since that time, our customer enlisted Sunshine to help with a number of major upgrades for his project plane. Updates from the spinner back included custom baffling, eMags, new starter and alternator, and other engine work, on top of a custom avionics stack that includes a Garmin GTR200 com/intercom, Stratus ESG 3i Transponder with ADS-B, JPI EDM930 Engine Monitor, and Uavionics AV-30. This is now one of the best-equipped Skybolts in the country.
